DAY ONE AT THE 2009 INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS' SHOW

K&A arrives in Las Vegas for The 2009 International Builders' Show (IBS). This show is known as the largest annual light construction show in the world—over a million-and-a-half square feet of the latest and most advanced building products and services ever assembled.

The show opened to a pleasantly surprised group of exhibitors. With more people in attendance than expected, the show started off with a bang of innovative and exciting products. Of notable respect was Verve lighting, a groundbreaking lighting control system launched by Masco Corporation. Its light switches use the kinetic energy of turning them on and off to power the wireless remotes. Ultramodern and eco-friendly, since the product is sans batteries, this type of lighting is the wave of the future.
