ELMIRA, ONTARIO (December 6, 2018) – Elmira Stove Works, the leading manufacturer of premium vintage-styled kitchen appliances, has announced that its Northstar line of retro-inspired appliances is now available in Pantone’s 2019 Color of the Year – Living Coral.
The complete line of Elmira’s retro-styled Northstar appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, range hoods and splashbacks, microwaves and dishwashers, can be ordered in Living Coral as a custom option.
Each December, the Pantone Color Institute™ predicts which color will be front and center in home decor and fashion during the coming year. According to Pantone, Living Coral is a vibrant, yet mellow hue that embraces us with warmth and nourishment to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment. This nurturing hue appears in our natural surroundings while also representing the fusion of modern life and embodying our desire for playful expression.

Designers are invited to visit the ‘Designers’ tab on the Elmira Stove Works website, where they can view and download Northstar catalogs, pricing and specifications, and build a complete Elmira kitchen using the “Create Your Dream Kitchen” visualizer tool. The visualizer makes it easy to see and price appliances in any mix of models, colors, options and trims – and with different cabinet colors. Designers can also access Northstar on the 2020 Design cloud’s 3D CAD catalog, where they can select Elmira appliances in any model or color, and then produce detailed 3D renderings and panoramas.
In addition to Living Coral, the Northstar line is offered in nine standard colors, including Candy Red, Tropical Blue, Buttercup Yellow and Mint Green, along with hundreds of custom hues.
