WoodTrac by Sauder
Simple Wood-based SolutionsWoodTrac is a manufacturer of affordable wood-based solutions for residential, multifamily and commercial settings, including mirror frames, closet organization systems, and direct-mount ceiling panel systems.
A division of Sauder Woodworking Company, which invented Ready-to-Assemble furniture in 1953, WoodTrac is following in their parent company’s footsteps. Their revolutionary WoodTrac Ceiling System, first introduced in 2010, became an instant favorite among homeowners and business owners looking to add character to a room at an affordable price.
Encouraged by the success of the ceiling system, WoodTrac engineers and designers took on a new challenge—a simple yet affordable wood-based closet design. Understanding homeowners’ organizational needs as well as dealer and installer demands for simplicity, WoodTrac again drew from its furniture expertise to introduce WoodTrac closets in 2012. Now homeowners can have the finishes, contour moldings and framed panels of an expensive custom closet at a fraction of the cost.
As their public relations agency, K&A represents WoodTrac at the NAHB International Builders’ Show, and is encouraging WoodTrac to branch out to multifamily and hospitality shows, such as HD Expo, National Apartment Association Conference (NAA) and the Multifamily Executive Conference.
In 2014, K&A connected WoodTrac with an excellent DIY Network product placement opportunity—Rev Run’s Renovation, earning WoodTrac 3.5 times the advertising value equivalency year to year, as well as several millions of views on social media.
