LUXE Linear Drains and Tile Doctor join agency’s client roster
Atlanta – Dec. 20, 2018 – Kleber & Associates (K&A), a full service integrated marketing and public relations firm specializing in the home and building products industry, is leveraging a national surge in residential and commercial bathroom remodels to grow its business. The agency is proud to announce two new client partnerships for promoting specialized products targeted to the bathroom construction channel.
Most recently, K&A was named Agency of Record by LUXE Linear Drains, a veteran-owned manufacturer of designer linear shower drains, tile insert drains, and other specialty products for residential, hospitality and healthcare applications. Designed and manufactured using durable marine grade 304 stainless steel, the company’s decor products complement curbless, accessible, open plan shower and bath projects.
“Bathrooms should not only be functional but also beautiful and enjoyable,” said Joe Phillips, founder and president of LUXE Linear Drains. “Our products combine these essential components to elevate the bathroom experience to a new level of awareness. We’re excited to partner with K&A, who has demonstrated an intimate understanding of the building products industry, to help bring our solutions to an expanded audience of building professionals and consumers.”
Also selecting K&A as its Agency of Record is Tile Doctor, a provider of innovative, sustainable products for the tile industry – including eco-friendly grout, sealers and cleaners, as well as lightweight, thin stone veneer surfacing solutions. The company recently debuted its newest offering, ZERO Products, a collection of high performance products engineered to significantly reduce environmental and health impacts in both tile and stone applications.
According to the 2018 U.S. Houzz Bathroom Trends Study, bathroom renovations continue to rise. While Baby Boomers choosing to age in place account for the largest share of homeowners’ renovation spend, the uptick in bathroom remodels isn’t limited to those 55 and over. Across all demographics, more than 15 percent of homeowners remodeled (or have planned to remodel) a bathroom in 2018, with a median investment of $7,000 per project. A substantial portion of these homeowners are opting for premium features such as linear drains and tiled feature walls.
Commercial properties are also budgeting for increased bathroom remodels to help differentiate their offerings and make interiors more inviting to residents and guests. Hotels, in particular, are incorporating upscale amenities that feature unique, luxury finish options.
“Bathrooms are increasingly being viewed as luxurious retreats that enable people to disconnect from their hectic daily lives and recharge in a spa-like environment,” said Steve Kleber, president of Kleber & Associates. “Manufacturers including LUXE Linear Drains and Tile Doctor are well positioned to satisfy this important desire, and we are pleased to have been selected to represent the marketing needs for these leading industry innovators.
